Online Press Registration
A copy of your editorial business card AND a copy of your editorial masthead from your publication, or a byline are required in order to receive a press badge. Freelance Journalists will only be granted press credentials with a letter of assignment supplied from the publication that has commissioned service PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Press Credentials will be issued to those with EDITORIAL STATUS ONLY. Verification of status is subject to the discretion of G2E Asia’s Marketing Department.
Please note there is no audio or videotaping allowed during G2E Asia conference sessions. If you are planning to bring a camera crew to shoot video on the G2E Asia show floor or other events, you must check in at the G2E Asia Press Office and be escorted by a G2E Asia Press Representative. Anyone who attempts to shoot video on the show floor and is not accompanied by a G2E Asia Press Representative will be escorted off the premises.
Important:Credentials will not be issued until editorial status is confirmed. Also note that press credentials will not be mailed—you may pick them up in the Press Office when you arrive. Freelance Journalists will only be granted press credentials with a letter of assignment supplied from the publication that has commissioned service PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Media who registered as press for G2E Asia must still follow appropriate registration procedures for G2E Asia. No persons under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Press Office.
Onsite Press Services
The onsite Press Office offers journalists amenities and services to facilitate their visit at the show:
• Access to all press information including event information, schedule, press releases, exhibitors’ publicity materials and other coverage.
• Free access of internet service
• Quiet and comfort area for meetings and interviews
• Complimentary refreshments
