The public can submit nominations for any award category by clicking the button below to download the nomination form. Self-nominations are allowed. Nominations close at 23:59 on March 28, 2025 (Macau Time). Late submissions will not be accepted.

A Select Committee from the Judging Panel (appointed by the Panel's Chairman), will deliberate and shortlist the finalists.

April 9-21, 2025
|
On April 9, the finalists from each category will be announced, and publicity will start. The voting system is based on “first-past-the-post” which means entries with the most votes win. In the event of a tie, the Chairman will cast his final vote. Judges with conflicts of interest are recused from the respective categories.

Votes are tallied and certified by the Chairman in a secure location. The entire process will be audited by a independent and certified auditor in Macau, who will also be present at the Awards Ceremony. Results are securely stored until the Ceremony.

THE JUDGING PANEL
The G2E Asia Awards judging panel consists of prominent figures from the Asian gaming industry. Only individuals with substantial high-level executive experience or strong connections to the Asian gaming industry are invited to join the panel.
Terms and conditions:
- Judges are not required to attend the Awards or be in Macau on May 6, 2025.
- All information and voting are conducted entirely online.
- Judges can dedicate as much or as little time as they wish to the judging process.
- Judges only need to vote in categories where they feel comfortable expressing an opinion.
- Special discounted hotel room rates are available for Judges at The Venetian Macao, Parisian Macao, and Andaz Macau.
- All judges can attend the Gala Dinner on May 6, 2025, free of charge (valued at HK$3,000).
