Masahiro Terada is the leader of the Integrated Resorts service team in PwC Japan.

He has vast knowledge and 25 years consulting experience related to city planning and project management of urban development. He has worked to maximize land value through redevelopment projects in Japan, China and the Philippines.

He also has experience as the developer of an integrated resort project on a 44 hectare site in Manila, Philippines where he launched and operated a casino venue between 2011 and 2014. He has also prepared operating manuals for casino operators.
